The present invention relates to an apparatus for dehydrating and solidifying sludge, which can improve dehydration efficiency through compressive dehydration and can perform molding into a pellets or the like through selective drying. The apparatus for dehydrating and solidifying sludge according to the present invention comprises: a dehydration unit which includes a housing configured to have an open top and bottom, a dehydration drum rotatably disposed inside the housing and configured to dehydrate organic waste through centrifugal separation, to be driven by a driving motor supported on the housing and to have an inlet and an outlet on upper and lower sides thereof, respectively, so that organic waste flows thereinto, is dehydrated therein and is discharged therefrom, and a scraper part configured to selectively come into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the dehydration drum during driving of the dehydration drum and to separate dehydrated solids; a molding unit which secondarily dehydrates and molds the solids dehydrated by the dehydration unit, and includes a hopper configured to introduce the solids into the molding unit, a secondary dehydration part configured to dehydrate the solids, a compression part configured to compress the solids dehydrated by the secondary dehydration part, and a molding part disposed on an end side of the compression part and configured to mold the solids compressed by the compression part; and a molding subsidiary supply unit which, after the dehydration, compresses molding subsidiaries and supplies the compressed subsidiaries to the compressing part. |
