According to the characteristics of the present invention, disclosed is an ergonomic pillow comprising: a base pillow part (100) formed in a rectangular shape in which a length in a length direction (L) is relatively longer than a length of a width direction (W), horizontally disposed on the floor thereof, and including a head part support groove (110) formed in the central part thereof to have a downwardly concave surface so as to support the head part of a user; and a cover pillow part (200) formed in a rectangular shape corresponding to the base pillow part (100), horizontally disposed, including a head part support groove (210) formed in the central part thereof to have a downwardly concave surface so as to support the head part of the user, including a base pillow insertion groove (230) formed to be downwardly opened in a shape corresponding to the outer shape of the base pillow unit (100) while a side wall (220) downwardly extended along a lower circumference thereof is formed, and fitted and coupled in a shape which covers an upper side and a side part circumference of the base pillow part (100). The cover pillow part (200) may be formed in a plurality of sizes having different head part seating heights, different upper structures, or different peculiar functions, and a cover pillow part (200) having one of the sizes according to the selection of a user is replaced and used by being fitted to and coupled with the base pillow part (100). |
