PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent work from being delayed.SOLUTION: A construction machine having a filter for capturing particulate matter in exhaust gas discharged from an engine includes: a regeneration device for removing the particulate matter captured by the filter and regenerating the filter; a regeneration completion determining section for determining whether regeneration by the regeneration device is completed or not; a mode setting section for setting any of a plurality of modes including an automatic regeneration mode, a manual regeneration requirement mode, and an engine restriction mode for restricting output of the engine; and a first transmission control section for transmitting information to a management server which can be communicated with the construction machine by a first transmission section. The first transmission control section transmits determination information showing the determination result by the regeneration completion determining section to the management server with the first transmission section when at least the automatic regeneration mode is set and the regeneration completion determining section determines that regeneration by the regeneration device is not completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
