The present invention addresses the problem of further facilitating or making more efficient the use of knowledge and lessons obtained from the cases of system faults or accidents of other systems. In order to solve the abovementioned problem, the present invention calculates the degree of similarity between inputted information in which content concerning a system fault that a user wants to know is described and an inputted countermeasure document in which explanation is made to the effect that a countermeasure for preventing the recurrence of a fault has been taken for a system in which the fault occurred, and outputs the calculated similarity. |
