PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily implement surface deflection suppression of a rotating body.SOLUTION: A rotating body device 20 including a rotating body 5 having a utilization surface 5a that crosses a rotation axis direction comprises: a rotating body displacement regulation member 24 that regulates displacement of the rotating body 5; and displacement force application means 23 which applies a displacement force for displacing the rotating body 5 in such a direction that the displacement is regulated by the rotating body displacement regulation member 24, to the rotating body 5.
