According to an embodiment of the present invention, a propulsion efficiency enhancing apparatus comprises a pre-swirl stator disposed at a front of a propeller, wherein a knuckle line is formed at the end portion of the pre-swirl stator to be extended in a direction of receding from an axis of rotation of the propeller as it goes to a rear side.
