The present invention relates to a livestock ear tag, a mold for forming the ear tag, and a method for manufacturing an ear tag by using the mold and, more specifically, to: a livestock ear tag, which prevents the pooling of blood flowing from the ear of livestock when attaching, to the ear of livestock, the ear tag on which a livestock record is displayed; a mold for forming the same ear tag; and a method for manufacturing an ear tag by using the same mold, and the objective is to provide a livestock ear tag, a mold for forming the same ear tag, and a method for manufacturing an ear tag by using the same mold and, the ear tag having a plurality of induction grooves formed at an outer circumference of an insertion column penetrating the ear of the livestock so as to discharge the blood of the livestock to the outside, forming all of a coupling body, a supporting member, and an insertion member, which constitute the ear tag and are manufactured by an injection-molded material using a synthetic resin material, and connecting a GPS reception device therewith so as to confirm a location of the livestock, and thus an induction groove is formed at an outer circumference of a support such that an inflow of germs is prevented in advance by discharging the blood to the outside without the pooling of blood in the support when the support penetrates the ear of the livestock and the blood flows from the penetrated ear, and a manufacturing cost for the ear tag can be minimized by manufacturing a supporting protrusion or the support, the insertion member and the like, which constitute the ear tag, through double injection by using a synthetic resin material, which is harmless to the livestock, without using a normally used steel or aluminum material.
