[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to minimize treatment amount while maintaining measurement device precision. [Solution] The measurement device of an aspect of the present invention is provided with: a first signal acquisition unit for acquiring the pulse wave signals of an organism; a second signal acquisition unit for acquiring body motion signals of the organism; a frequency analysis unit for converting the pulse wave signals and the body motion signals to frequency domains to generate frequency domain signals, and estimating the frequency of the pulse wave of the organism on the basis of the frequency domain signals; and a time domain analysis unit for calculating biological information of the organism on the basis of the pulse wave signals and the frequency.
