Provided is a nanofiber-manufacturing apparatus (100) having a collection unit (60), a discharge unit (40), an adjustment unit (50), a power-supply unit (10), and a drive unit (20). Material to be deposited (70) is provided to the collection unit (60). The material to be deposited (70) has a first surface (70a) and a second surface (70b). The second surface (70b) is the surface opposite the first surface (70a). The discharge unit (40) discharges raw material liquid toward the first surface (70a). The adjustment unit (50) is provided facing the second surface (70b). The power-supply unit (10) generates a difference in potential between the discharge unit (40) and the adjustment unit (50). The drive unit (20) changes position in relation to the discharge unit (40) and the material to be deposited (70) of the adjustment unit (50). The drive unit (20) causes the discharge unit (40) to rotate. |
