FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical diagnostics and can be used as a method for prediction of risk of stage III hypertensive disease in Russian individuals who are natives of Central Black Earth Region of Russian Federation, suffering from hypertension disease with metabolic syndrome. Method involves blood sampling, DNA recovery from peripheral venous blood, analysis of combinations of polymorphisms of genes -308G/A TNFα, +250A/G Ltα, +36A/G TNFR1, +1663A/G TNFR2. Factors of risk of stage III in patients of hypertension with metabolic syndrome, are combinations of genetic variants -308A TNFα with +1663G TNFR2, or +250G Ltα with +36G TNFR1, or +250G Ltα with +1663G TNFR2. When determining combination -308GG TNFα with +250A Ltα, or -308G TNFα with +250AA Ltα, or -308G TNFα with +250A Ltα low risk of stage III in patients with hypertension disease with metabolic syndrome is predicted.EFFECT: prediction of risk of stage III hypertensive disease in Russian individuals who are natives of Central Black Earth Region of Russian Federation, suffering from hypertension disease with metabolic syndrome.1 cl, 5 dwg, 6 ex |
