PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness protection material which achieves excellent long-term heat resistance, and to provide a wire harness with a protection material.SOLUTION: A first protection material 12 and a second protection material 14, which cover a wire harness 20 to protect the wire harness 20, are connected to form a wire harness protection material 10. The first protection material 12 is formed by a resin material or a rubber material and contains a metal deactivator. The second protection material 14 is formed by a rubber material. An interposing material 16 formed by a resin material is placed between the first protection material 12 and the second protection material 14. The first protection material 12 is not in contact with the second protection material 14. A wire harness 18 with a protection material is formed by covering the wire harness 20 with the wire harness protection material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
