PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel capacitor, and the like, in which the phase shift between output signals is small.SOLUTION: A parallel capacitor includes an end capacitor and a central capacitor. The end capacitor is constituted of a part of a dielectric substrate, an upper electrode at the end out of a plurality of upper electrodes arranged in one row on one side of the dielectric substrate so as to be separated, and a part of a lower electrode arranged on the other side of the dielectric substrate. The central capacitor is constituted of a part of a dielectric substrate, an upper electrode arranged between two upper electrodes arranged at the end, and a part of a lower electrode. The distance between the end side of the dielectric substrate on the arrangement direction side and the end side of the upper electrode is smaller than one half of the separation interval of the upper electrode. The independent operation capacity of the central capacitor is smaller than that of the end capacitor, so that the central capacitor has the same parallel operation time capacity as that of the end capacitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
