<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolyte structure capable of keeping the structure and function of an electrolyte membrane for a long time without penetrating or flowing out to the outside of a system even if an electrolyte causes phase transition to a sol state by increasing the temperature of the electrolyte membrane by an operation condition or a using environmental condition or heating for restoring, to provide the manufacturing method of the electrolyte structure, and to provide an energy device such as a fuel cell using the electrolyte structure. <P>SOLUTION: The electrolyte membrane is formed in multilayer structure comprising at least two kinds of gelled ionic conductors having different sol-gel phase transition temperatures, for example, in the electrolyte structure having three layer structure formed by interposing an electrolyte membrane 2a having low phase transition temperature between electrolyte membranes 2b having high phase transition temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
