<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a lithium ion secondary battery having an anode activator layer composed of a solid polymer electrolyte and anode activator, capable of restraining lowering of battery capacity at initial charging. <P>SOLUTION: The lithium ion secondary battery having an anode activator layer 40 composed of a solid polymer electrolyte 420 and anode activator 410 is manufactured by a step (i) of forming a solid-liquid mixed anode activator layer 41 by polymerizing anode activator slurry, a step (ii) of forming a lamination body 1 composed of a cathode current collector 10, a cathode activator layer 20, an electrolyte layer 30, and the a solid-liquid mixed anode activator layer 41, and charging it, a step (iii) of draining gas 440 generated in the solid-liquid mixed anode activator layer 41 by the above charging, and a step (iv) of polymerizing liquid part 430 of the solid-liquid mixed anode activator layer 41. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
