A drainage acceleration system of a drainpipe installed to a bridge is provided to promote the flow of water and to increase the discharge rate of rainwater by inhaling a portion of water discharged through a drainpipe by using a water pump and injecting the water through water injection nozzles at high speed. The drainage acceleration system of a drainpipe installed to a bridge comprises: plural water collection pipes installed on a bridge deck(6) vertically to collect rainwater gathered in the bridge deck; a drainpipe(20) connected to the bottom of the water collection pipes and extended along a pier(4) to discharge rainwater to the bottom of the pier; many water injection nozzles installed to the drainpipe through the circumference of the drainpipe to make an injection hole face a drain outlet of the drainpipe; and water pumps(40) composed of an elastic pump bag(41) attached to the bridge deck to be projected upward and provided with a suction port(42) connected to the drainpipe and an exhaust port(43) connected to the water injection nozzle, and valves attached to the suction port and the exhaust port to supply water to the water injection nozzles if a tire of a vehicle presses on the pump bag.
