The present invention relates to a trailer-related arrangement (1) with a control unit (40), where the trailer displays a chassis (2) whose front section (2a), seen in a normal direction of travel, displays a first part (3a), in a two-part coupling unit (3), where a second part (3b) is associated with a tractor vehicle, and whose rear section (2b) supports, via a transversely oriented shaft (4'), chassis-supporting wheels (4, 4a) and a frame (5) adapted to support upper (6) and lower (7) warning beams and a warning sign (8) oriented between the warning beams (6, 7). A distance sensing and speed-sensing control unit (40, 50) is coordinated with the rear section of the chassis. Said control unit (40, 50) is adapted, at a predetermined first distance (a) from said frame, to establish the presence of and/or current speed of an approaching vehicle (41). For each vehicle (41), the control unit (40) is adapted to activate an audible signal, on the one hand in any event to a light generating unit (42) associated with the frame, and, on the other hand, in any event to a portable unit portable by a road worker. |
