An electroluminescence element and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce resistance of a wire and a comb teeth pattern by forming a region of a cathode electrode neighboring a light-emitting layer thickly. An electroluminescence element includes a substrate(110), a first electrode(120), a second electrode(190a), a light-emitting layer(150), an insulation layer(130), a partition(170), and a third electrode(190b). The light-emitting layer(150) is formed to be separated from the insulation layer(130) between the first electrode(120) and the second electrode(190a) which are formed on the substrate(110). The third electrode(190b) is formed on an upper part of the second electrode(190a), and is formed on one or both of border lines of the insulation layer(130) or the light-emitting layer(150). The partition(170) is formed on the insulation layer(130) to be separated by a predetermined distance. |
