<p>The equipment is particularly for the transport of vegetables (1) in a fluid current and comprises a transport conduit (2) provided with a venturi component (3) and devices (5-8) for sucking a fluid from a mixture of fluid and vegetables. Via the venturi component in the transport conduit fluid is injected so that a current (4) is formed there in which the vegetables are fed forward. The venturi component has a throughflow section with a diameter (D3) which is at least 25 per cent greater than the sort dimension of the vegetables to be transported. The ratio of the mass of vegetables in relation to the mass of fluid is at least 5/100 and at most 15/100.</p> |
