PURPOSE:To simplify the mounting structure of a power-supply device by a method wherein holes are provided at positions, where correspond to a light- emitting element and a variable resistor, on a cover, with which a metal base substrate is covered, and a verification of the lighting of the light-emitting element and an adjustment of the variable resistor are made possible through these holes. CONSTITUTION:A cover 3A is molded into a box type of a wall thickness of 1mm or thereabouts, is fitted in the peripheral side surfaces of a metal base substrate 2 and the mounting surface of the substrate 2 is covered with the cover 3A. The fitting parts of this cover 3A into the substrate 2 are formed into a decomposition preventive engaging structure for preventing the cover 3A from being removed arbitrarily by a user. A square hole 8 is provided at a position, where corresponds to a light-emitting diode 7, on the cover 3A. The lighting of the diode 7 can be verified through this hole 8. A square hole 10 is opened in the cover 3A for operating a resistance adjusting dial 9a of a variable resistor 9 for output voltage adjustment use, which is directly attached on the substrate 2. |
