<p>PURPOSE: To form a permanent magnet having a reverse magnetized pattern, a magnetoresistance sensor and an excitation element performing a linear movement at axial speed and angular velocity by a method wherein energy is fed to the volumetric part having a substrate where permanent magnet material is magnetized. CONSTITUTION: A paramagnetic state is obtained by laser heating the volume 20 adjacent to the upper surface of a permanent magnet 10, having the upper surface 12 and the lower surface 14 to the temperature higher than the Curie temperature of a bulk magnet. When the above-mentioned volume is cooled down to the temperature lower than the Curie temperature, the thermal effect volumetric part is re-magneticed. This induced magnetization differs in direction and magnitude from the substrate of the magnet which is not heated up. As a result, a magnet, provided with N-pole and S-pole whose magnetic polarity is strong on one side and relatively weak on the other side, can be obtained.</p> |
