A bending apparatus for projection pins of a heat exchanger pipe is provided to reduce deterioration of productivity and waste of manpower due to the manual operation by automatically bending the projection pins projected from the heat exchanger pipe, and enable combustion gas to be transferred smoothly and suppress the generation of defective products by constantly maintaining a bending angle of the projection pins. In a heat exchanger pipe(10) in which a plurality of projection pins(12) are welded perpendicularly to the outer periphery of a pipe for transferring a heat-exchanging medium, an apparatus for bending the projection pins of the heat exchanger pipe comprises: a holding jig(33) for holding both ends of the pipe(11); a rotary cam(34) for rotating one end of the pipe(11) to a predetermined angle; and a bending equipment(50) comprising a transfer part(20) which has a transfer screw(31) interlocked with a drive motor(32) such that the transfer part is transferable forward and backward by the transfer screw, a pair of bending plates(21) which have compression rollers(23) formed on an inner side of an upper part of the transfer part such that a bending groove is formed on the compression rollers to bend the projection pins by compression of the compression rollers, and distance-adjusting cylinders for adjusting a distance between the one pair of bending plates correspondingly to the size of the heat exchanger pipe.
