PURPOSE: To easily form a thick lens having a small radius of curvature by gravity and to accurately adjust interval between lenses. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a color filter formed on a semiconductor substrate 31 on which plural pixels are arranged in matrix shape is constituted of a first process for forming a flattening layer 39 on a surface of the semiconductor substrate 31, a second process which is composed of a step for forming a dyeing layer 41 corresponding to arbitrary pixel among plural pixels so a surface of the flattening layer 39 and a step for forming an intermediate layer 43 on the dyeing layer 41, a third process where the second process is repeated at least twice, a forth process for forming a lens pattern corresponding to the pixels on an uppermost intermediate layer 51 formed during he third process and a fifth process for forming lenses 50 to 57 by executing a heat treatment in a state in which the lens pattern turns downwards. |
