PURPOSE:To turn a pattern noise into a comfortable sound by composing a sound occurring during the running of a tire as a consonant. CONSTITUTION:The tread face 2 of a tire is provided with two stripes of peripheral grooves 4 to divide an grounding face 3 into three grounding sections 3A, 3B, 3C, and first, second, and third lateral groove 5A, 5B, 5C in a crossing direction to the peripheral groove 4 are arrangedly provided at equal spaces in a peripheral direction in each grounding section and different peripheral pitch lengthes PA, PB, PC among the grounding sections, and the inverse ratio of the ratio of the pitch length of each grounding section to 1 being that of one grounding section is set up to be equal to the frequency ration of a consonant. |
