PURPOSE:To inhibit a departure without worsening service, in an elevator for inhibiting the departure of one of cars, juxtaposed in the same lift path, for preventing a sound of wind from being generated. CONSTITUTION:A position of juxtaposed car is detected by a position detecting means 1, an operating direction of each car is detected by a direction detecting means 2, and the time to departure of each car is estimated by a departure estimation detecting means 3. In a departure order selecting means 5, when a time difference to a departure between the juxtaposed cars is less than a prescribed value in the same operating direction, a departure order is determined by the order of the front/rear cars relating to the operating direction. In a departure inhibiting means 6, based on the departure order, the departure inhibited car is set. |
