A remote diagnosis system for an automated online machine is provided to diagnose and repair the automated online machine in a remote place through the network even if the automated online machine is not normally booted by installing a remote receiver/controller at the inside of the automated online machine. A remote diagnosis system performs remote diagnosis of the automated online machine by connecting to the network. The remote receiver/controller(210) diagnoses each function block at the inside of the automated online machine without operational power. The remote receiver/controller includes a remote receiver/controller communicator(376) supporting communication with the remote diagnosis system, a remote receiver/control message part(372) decoding a remote diagnosis request message code received from the remote diagnosis system, generating a diagnosis result message code by encoding the diagnosis result, and transmitting the diagnosis result message code to the remote diagnosis system, a remote receiver/control processor(374), and a remote receiver/control power supply(378). |
