<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method that transmit AV or audio data from mobile communication facilities such as a mobile phone to an AV input/output device through a mobile AV data converting device, or to a mobile phone through a computer or through a mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile AD data transmission system and the method; facilities that the system demands include a plurality of computers and a plurality of telephone devices at a transmission terminal and a reception terminal, and include at least one mobile AV data converting device which has message exchange platform software installed in a computer and includes one signal conversion module.
