A reinforcing supporting structure and a method for repairing and replacing a truss bridge are provided to smoothly secure the vehicle traveling while repairing and replacing by preventing the lower member of the truss from being damaged. A lifting apparatus for repairing and replacing a truss bridge comprises plural lower reinforcements(10) combined at the lower side of a truss(3) to stably support the lower part of the truss supported by a shoe apparatus(2) on the upper surface of a pier(1), to lift the truss, and to repair and replace the shoe apparatus, horizontally symmetrical on an upper member(6) at the edges of the upper member and a lower member(7) toward the lower side of the truss, and combined to keep a predetermined slope angle; and a lifting unit(20) mounted at the lower side of the lower member to lift each device of the truss with a predetermined height when repairing and replacing the shoe apparatus. A hydraulic jack(21) is installed on the bracket fixed at the edge of the pier. |
