<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water based ink set for ink-jet recording satisfying both the reduction of bleeding between black (Bk) and yellow (Y), and the reduction of color heterogeneity in a mixed color part in the case of using color inks. <P>SOLUTION: The water based ink-jet recording ink set composed of at least a Bk, a Y, a magenta (M) and a cyan (C) inks exhibits dynamic surface tensions of σ<SB>30Bk</SB>, σ<SB>30Y</SB>, σ<SB>30M</SB>and σ<SB>30C</SB>, respectively, at a measuring temperature of 25°C by a method of maximum pressure of foaming and at 30 ms of life time, and satisfies (1) σ<SB>1,000Bk</SB>≥35 mN/m, (2) ¾σ<SB>30Y</SB>-σ<SB>30Bk</SB>¾≤5 mN/m, (3) σ<SB>30M</SB>≥30 mN/m, σ<SB>30C</SB>≥30 mN/m, (4) σ<SB>30Y</SB>>σ<SB>30M</SB>, σ<SB>30Y</SB>>σ<SB>30C</SB>and (5) σ<SB>30Y</SB>+σ<SB>30M</SB>≤93 mN/m, σ<SB>30Y</SB>+σ<SB>30C</SB>≤93 mN/m, wherein σ<SB>1,000Bk</SB>represents the dynamic surface tension of the Bk ink at a measuring temperature of 25°C and at 1,000 ms of life time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
