<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division type outdoor current transformer having a divided core the parting faces of which core can be easily and reliably butted at site assembling. SOLUTION: A current transformer 1 comprises a first division 2 having a core 12, and second division 3 having a core 13 and secondary coil 14 wound round it. Fitting holes 10 are formed into the division 2 at butted end faces of the cores 12 and 13 and fitting protrusions 11 adapted to the holes,10 are formed on the division 3. A sealing O-ring 14 is disposed at the periphery of the protrusion 11 to form a sealed structure near the mutually butted parts of the cores 12 and 13 by integrally tightening the first and second divisions 2 and 3.</p> |
