<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the number of parts and the man-hours for mounting the same, thereby reducing a manufacture cost by mounting a friction material only to either of the contact surfaces with each other of a catcher and a back check. SOLUTION: When a keyboard 7 is touched, the wippen 2 of the action 1 is turned upward by means of a capstan screw 8. A jack 73 rises according to thereto and its push up member 3a pushs up a butt 11 and a hammer 4 begins to turn counterclockwise. When the jack 3 ascends up to the prescribed position, its engaging part 3b engages a regulating button 20 and turns this button clockwise, thereby disengaging the push up part 3a of the jack 3 from the butt 11. The hammer 4 is turned by inertia in a backward direction after striking and a catcher 5 comes into contact with a backcheck 6 during the course thereof, by which the catcher is caught by the same. The slip at the time of catching is surely prevented as a skin 17 is stuck to the catcher.</p> |
