ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, DEVELOPER, AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrostatic charge image developing toner and a developer which can be uniformly electrified, have stable electrification performance and excellent fixing property without offset, and especially, which hardly cause contamination of a fixing device and offset even when an image with a large amt. of deposition of toner such as a full-color image is formed. SOLUTION: This toner contains a resin and has >=5m<2> /g BET specific surface area. The resin has such properties that the ratio (Mw/Mn) of the weight average mol.wt.(Mw) to the number average mol.wt. (Mn) is 4 to 70, the distribution curve of the mol.wt. by GPC(gel permeation chromatography) shows peaks in regions of 1000 to 50000 and 80000 to 700000, and that the resin which constitutes each peak has the same compsn.
