<p>Splash panel to be affixed to the mud-guard of a vehicle for collecting and spray from the wheels and a method of manufacturing it. The splash panel comprises a plate-like panel (10) in which openings (14, 14')) are formed, which allow the sprays to enter the space between the panel (10) and the mud-guard (20).
