PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a plurality of stations totally. SOLUTION: Stations are connected by a network and image files and layout files are stored in a file server 300 and used. Article information relating to each article whose order is placed, receiving/sending proof sheet information for each job, information of designating an application used for the edit of each file and job instruction information denoting a job content with respect to each file are set to a station of a management information setting section 100 and the information is stored in a management server 400. The management server 400 manages the location of each file and manages the information denoting an end state of a job with respect to each file. Each station in a job execution section 200 executes the job based on a prescribed job instruction for a prescribed file by using a prescribed application based on the management information in the management server 400.
