The invention relates to a method for producing a sensor arrangement for measuring temperature, comprising a temperature-sensitive measuring resistor which has a thin metallic resistance layer and bare contact surfaces on a ceramic substrate, said resistance layer being externally, electrically insulated. The contact surfaces are electroconductively and directly, mechanically, permanently connected to strip conductors on a ceramic support element. The strip conductors are electrically insulated from each other and are resistant to high temperatures. The measuring resistor is contacted and fixed on a pre-prepared support element by means of placement and burning in. A platinum-containing thick film conductive paste is used to fix and contact the resistor. Contact surfaces for connecting a plug or cable are located at the end of the support element which faces away from the measuring resistor. The temperatures sensor, a standard component in the form of a flat measuring resistor, is placed on the ceramic support element wirelessly as an SMD component. The sensor arrangement produced according to the inventive method is suitable for measuring temperatures even above 400 DEG C. |
