<p>An Escherichia coli mutant (KCCM-10133), which is resistant to α-methylserine and diaminosuccinic acid and susceptible to fluoropyruvate and requires L-methionine and L-isoleucine at once for growth, is cultured in media containing, as a carbon source, sugars, such as glucose, under an aerobic condition, to accumulate a large quantity of L-threonine in the culture.</p> |
