<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite material improved in DC superimposing characteristics, temperature characteristics of initial magnetic permeability, specific resistance and sintered compact strength, in particular flexural strength (bending strength). <P>SOLUTION: To a composition in which specified main components are blended, bismuth oxide of 0.05-1.0 wt.% in terms of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, tin oxide of 0.5-3.0 wt.% in terms of SnO<SB>2</SB>and chromium oxide of 30-5,000 wt. ppm in terms of Cr<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>are added. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
