PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for non-polluting and recycling incineration residues in an incineration process of wastes and an equipment for the same. SOLUTION: The method for the non-polluting and recycling incineration residues in the incineration process of the wastes comprises a step of decomposing PCDDs (polychlorinated-dibenzo-p-dioxins) and their precursor materials in combustion waste gas by using an oxidation catalyst at >=300 deg.C and recovering and condensing HCl, a step of blowing this HCl into an incinerator, waste gas flue or reactor, chlorinating heavy metals in the waste gas and volatilizing the same at 300 to 1,300 deg.C and a step of recovering the heavy metals or a step of firing the incineration residues removed of hazardous materials by the above respective steps and method thereby making Cr of the remaining heavy metals non-polluting, and the equipment for the same is provided. |
