PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-volatile memory capable of making difficult the reload or read of information inside the memory. SOLUTION: Inside the non-volatile memory such as flash memory, command converting circuits 24 and 25 for storing a cipher code and converting an inputted command code according to the relevant cipher code are provided in the following step of input buffers 20 and 22 for inputting the command code. Preferably, after the prescribed command code is recognized according to the command code converted by the command converting circuit, the relevant command converting circuit is turned into deactivated or non-selected state. Thus, concerning an address or data inputted continuously to the command code, the inputted address or data can be supplied to an internal circuit as they are. |
