The invention concerns a current/voltage converter comprising electronic means (2, R) for delivering a voltage (Vout) from a current (Iph). The converter comprises first means (4, K) for applying or not applying the converter input current, second means (ECH1) for sampling and storing a voltage (Vout1) in the converter output when the current is applied at the converter input, third means (ECH2) for sampling and storing a voltage (Vout2, Vout3) in the converter output when the current is not applied at the converter input, and fourth means (S) for subtracting the voltage sampled and stored by the third means (ECH2) from the voltage sampled and stored by the second means (ECH1). |
