PURPOSE: A device for rotating head part is provided to rotate the head part of an electric heater or an electric fan horizontally or vertically. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a base frame(130) having a first supportive lever(131) rotatably supporting a wound coil housing(120) and a second supportive lever(133) placed separately from the first supportive lever; a first motor(150) with a first cam(151) on a driving shaft thereof; an auxiliary frame(140) joined to a side surface of the wound coil housing and supporting the first motor; a first link member(160) having one end rotatably coupled with the first cam and the other end rotatably coupled with the second supportive lever; a second motor(170) with a second cam on a driving shaft thereof; a connecting axis(300) having one end coupled with the base frame and the other end having a fixing pin(310) on an end thereof and rotatably coupled with a neck(400); a second link member(180) having one end rotatably coupled with the second cam and the other end rotatably coupled with the fixing pin; and a switch device selectively control the first motor and the second motor.
