ADAPTER AND LIGHTING FIXTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from electric shock in spite of insulation failure if any.

SOLUTION: The adapter 6 is provided with a case 5 with hooking blades 3, 3 connected to a hooking rosette 2 to receive AC power source protruded on a top face and incorporating a lighting control circuit board 4. The case 5 is structured by combining an insulating upper case 9 equipped with a reinforcing metal plate 12 on the underside and a metal lower case 10, while the hooking blades 3, 3 are put through a hole 11 of the reinforcing plate 12 and protruded on the top face of the upper case 9 without contact with the reinforcing plate 12, and an outer edge of the reinforcing plate 12 and an inner face of the lower case 10 are insulated from each other with a partition piece 70 protruded from the upper case 9.
