<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt manufacturing method capable of manufacturing a plurality of endless belts by one coating work and hard to form a blister or the like in a manufacturing stage, and a cylindrical core body suitable for performing this manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the endless belt manufacturing method having a polyimide precursor coating film forming process, a polyimide resin film forming process and a polyimide resin film processing process, a cutting position prescribing process for prescribing a cutting position at the time of cutting processing is provided as the front or rear process of the polyimide precursor coating film forming process and the cutting of a polyimide film due to cutting processing is performed based on the cutting position to manufacture a plurality of the endless belts by the cutting process.
