A device for preventing infiltration of a door at a side collision of a vehicle is provided to conveniently get in and out of the vehicle by laying a protruded portion of a seat to the door, and to prevent the pelvis of a passenger from being injured by restricting the door from being pushed into the passenger at the side collision. A door infiltration preventive device includes a seat composed of a backrest(1) and a seat part(2) and provided with a side hinge moving body(2a) vertically formed at a side of the seat part, horizontally laid and combined by a hinge shaft, a door open detecting sensor(3) placed in a side sill(S) and contacted to a door(D) to detect opening or closing of the door, an ECU(electronic control unit, 4) outputting a control signal for moving the side hinge moving body to the door according to the signal from the door open detecting sensor at a side collision, and a driving unit actuated according to the control signal from the ECU to move the side hinge moving body to the door. The hinge shaft is turned in a rear part of the seat part by longitudinally penetrating the side hinge moving body. |
