SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ARRANGEMENT OF SECURITIES LENDING AND BORROWING

A system and a method for contracting securities lending/borrowing transaction are provided to mediate, arrange, and make a securities lending/borrowing contract according to a transaction condition of a lender and a borrower by transferring securities to a borrower account from a lender account directly or through a transit account. A contract management server orders a lender account processor to transfer the securities to the borrower account from the lender account to directly transfer the securities through a lender account processor(150) if a securities lending or borrowing application is received from a lender or borrower terminal(100,200) according to the securities lending/borrowing contract. The lender or borrower terminal informs the lender or the borrower of the securities lending/borrowing contract by respectively outputting contract information related to the lender or the borrower to a screen, and respectively receives data for the securities lending/borrowing contract from the lender or the borrower.
