<p>A gas burner type drier for agricultural and marine products in which a flue at the end of a combustion furnace is in communication with an air-blast room to supply combustion gas into the air-blast room is provided. The dryer enables reutilization of waste heat and prevents excessive oxidation of articles to be dried, thereby resulting in maximization of heat efficiency and better product quality without spoilage and discoloration. In the drier for drying agricultural and marine products having a drying room(10), a heat exchange room(20) with a burner(22) and a combustion furnace(24) and an air-blast room(30) with an air blower(32) for supplying to the heat exchange room, the burner is a gas burner using natural gas as fuel, and a flue(25) at the end of the combustion furnace is in communication with the air-blast room to supply combustion gas into the air-blast room. The air-blast room is positioned at the upper part of the heat exchange room and separated from the heat exchange room by a horizontal partition wall(31). An outdoor air inlet vent(12d) is formed at the upper part of the air-blast room which is attached to the partition wall.</p> |
