PURPOSE: A two-dimensional optical fiber scanning module, an optical fiber scanning system including the same, and a method thereof are devised to realize the miniaturization and improve stability of operation using a two-dimensional optical fiber block. CONSTITUTION: An optical splitter(210) divides 'incident light through an optical fiber' into the uniform lights of N. An optical fiber block(230) emits the separated lights to a measuring object through optical fibers arranged in two-dimensional block type. An optical path difference compensator(220) compensates an optical path difference between the optical splitter and an end of the optical fiber block.
