PURPOSE: A prefabricated building is provided to facilitate the construction of a building by connecting a building block, a floor block, and a joint plate. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated building is provided to plural building blocks(110), a floor plate(130), a joint plate, and a concrete mortar post stone(100). The plural building blocks are put on the concrete mortar post stone and have a joint part(120) partitioned into a ceiling, an outer wall(112), and a floor plate(113). A floor block is connected to the floor plate to the outside of a building(500). The joint plate connects the building block and the floor block with a bolt and a nut through a panel forming the ceiling, the outer wall, and the floor plate. The concrete mortar post stone is positioned in the lower edge portion of the connection portion connecting the building block and the floor block.
