PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wireless IC device capable of satisfactorily coupling a coupling electrode with a radiation board, by making a longer electric length of the coupling electrode and/or satisfactorily matching the impedance of the wireless IC and the radiation plate.SOLUTION: The wireless IC device includes a wireless IC and a loop-shaped coupling electrode coupled with the wireless IC either directly or through a feeder circuit. The coupling electrode is formed as a broad strip-shaped body, with one pair of end parts formed thereon. The one pair of end parts is overlapped to be capacity coupled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
