PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion circuit capable of realizing a reduction in layout area by achieving a reduction in area of a switch array section, and further to provide an electronic apparatus and the like.SOLUTION: An A/D conversion circuit includes: a D/A conversion circuit DAC including a capacitor array section and a switch array section; and first and second voltage selection circuits 60 and 70. A j-th switching circuit of the switch array section includes: a first switching element (SA11) provided between one end of a j-th capacitor of the capacitor array section and a first voltage output node NQ1; and a second switching element (SA12) provided between one end of the j-th capacitor and a second voltage output node NQ2. The first voltage selection circuit 60 is input with a first reference voltage VN and an input voltage VIN, performs voltage selection, and outputs a voltage selected as a first voltage CQ1. The second voltage selection circuit 70 is input with a second reference voltage VP and the input voltage VIN, performs voltage selection, and outputs a voltage selected as a second voltage CQ2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
