PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with power saving means and capable of suitably performing an initial operation confirmation when power is turned on.SOLUTION: A game machine is provided in which a prescribed game is performed on the basis of an establishment of a start condition, and if a result of the game becomes a predetermined special result, a game value can be granted to a player, the game machine including: power supply means for supplying power corresponding to operation of a plurality of electronic components; power regulation control means capable of controlling to a regulation state where power to be consumed is reduced than in a normal state by regulating operation of any electronic component(s) among the plurality of electronic components; and standby period control means for controlling a standby period to confirm operation of the plurality of electronic components at the time of switching on the power supply.
